As a student ministry leader, you know all too well the struggle students often face as they transition out of high school and into the next stage of their life. If you are like most student pastors, you struggle yourself to know how to best prepare them for those challenges. This course will help you understand why the transition after high school is difficult for student and how to structure your ministry so that you are sending students out prepared for the challenges ahead.
This course is designed to allow leaders the opportunity to hear from one another, as well as learn from one of the leading experts on the topic of the post-high school transition. Tommy McGregor is a 20+ year student ministry veteran who has written numerous books and started TheTransMission in 2010 to focus full-time on the transition students face after high school.
