Five Questions to Begin Thinking Correctly About Your Transition To College

In a short eight months from now, you will begin living as a college student in an new environment and setting. The goal for you, between now and then, is to get prepared. Romans 12:2 says that in order to live a life transformed, you must begin to renew your mind. This means that before you can make a healthy transition to college, you must first think correctly about your transition to college. Below are five questions that you can ask yourself to begin thinking correctly about this life transition.  In the next few days, we will explain more about why these five questions are important. 
 
1. What are the key components to my spiritual growth, right now in high school, and how will I continue that growth in college?
 
2. How well do I manage my time and what do I need to work on before I begin college?
 
3. What are my study habits in high school, and how do I plan to make good grades in college?
 
4. Am I dependent or independent when it comes to being around friends/peers all the time?
 
5. How well do I make decisions on a daily basis and where do my decisions usually lead me?
