The Launch Mission Team
Tommy McGregor is an author, speaker, coach, and the founder of The Launch Mission. He has spent almost three decades in ministry working with teenagers, parents, and ministry leaders, and is passionate about helping others develop a sense of who God has created them to be. Tommy is the author of 10 books, an ordained minister, has a masters in Biblical Counseling, and is a certified life/career coach and organizational development coach (ICF). He lives in Montgomery, AL with his wife and two teenage boys.
Kelsey Magno serves as the Mission Associate for The Launch Mission, handling all backend operations, while also managing social media platforms and administrative duties. Kelsey is from Columbus, Ohio and is an alumna of The Ohio State University. In college, she was a leader within Campus Crusade for Christ (CRU) and experienced first hand the importance of finding Christian community as a college student. She and her husband got married in 2022 and both share a love for family, sports, and traveling. Kelsey can be contacted by email here.
