We are joined by Hanna Seymour, author of “The College Girl’s Survival Guide.” For 10 years, Hanna has mentored young women, helping them transition from high school to college. Through her blog platform, she offered a space for these women to seek advice, providing honest and encouraging answers to their questions. Over time, Hanna noticed a common thread among these inquiries, leading her to compile them into her book. “The College Girl’s Survival Guide” offers 52 honest and faith-filled responses to the

Hanna Seymour, author of ‘The College Girl’s Survival Guide,’ joins the conversation to address some of the most commonly asked questions and concerns among girls nationwide during their college experience. For years, Hanna managed a blog platform where college students could share their experiences and seek advice. She noticed that many often shared similar stories and questions. Hanna curated a list of 52 topics frequently raised on the blog, answered them honestly, and wrote a book for girls to use as a tool during college. In this episode, she answers a few of those questions that so many college freshmen
The phrase “Freshman 15” refers to the myth that a typical freshman goes to college and gains fifteen pounds while experiencing the bliss of unlimited freedom (and a lot of late night pizza). Whereas the original concept of the Freshman 15 may not be statistically accurate, what is true is that college is a time of endless opportunities and unbridled freedoms. We know that this is a difficult topic, and not just for someone your age. This is difficult for most Christians as we all feel somewhat unprepared to express what it is that we believe. In 1 Peter 3:15, we read: “But in your hearts revere Christ as Lord.
Dr. Travis Coblentz continues the conversation by explaining what apologetics is and how it can help believers understand their own doubts and questions, providing answers to the “why” regarding scripture. Later in the episode, Dr. Coblentz addresses some common questions and doubts that students might encounter in college from their peers.

As you watch, I want to make a few things clear. In this video, he does not give a complete explanation, only sharing why the position is invalid. Secondly, you do not have to be as knowledgeable as Sean McDowell to explain the truth. When you are
