Resources for Studying in College

To ensure success in college, it’s crucial to equip yourself with the right tools and resources for effective studying. Here are some free, online resources that you can keep in your back pocket for your academic journey in college. 

  • Khan Academy (www.khanacademy.org): Offers a wide array of video lessons and practice exercises across various subjects. Whether you’re struggling with calculus or need a refresher on biology, this platform provides content to help you learn.
  • Quizlet (www.quizlet.com): A study tool that allows you to create flashcards, quizzes, and games to reinforce your understanding of key topics. Much of the content is created by other college students, so you can find study materials for almost any course. 
  • Google Scholar (scholar.google.com): For in-depth research and academic articles, Google Scholar is an incredible resource that can be used for literature and support in all of your research assignments.
